That document will control project-specific services, fees, payment terms, timing, revisions, cancellation, confidentiality, ownership, and other obligations. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Quotes, availability, and timelines are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. The business may decline an inquiry or project when it falls outside available services, capacity, expertise, or ethical boundaries.

AI-assisted work & accuracy

When a client selects AI-assisted services, generative AI may support agreed portions of research, drafting, organization, or design under human direction and review. Human-Generated services are created without generative AI, although standard proofreading, formatting, and editing tools may be used.

Every effort is made to provide thoughtful, accurate work, but information and AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. Unless a written agreement specifically provides otherwise, clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables, confirming important facts, and obtaining any necessary expert review before publication, submission, filing, purchase, or other consequential use.

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary source materials, timely feedback, and only content you have the right to share and use. Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information through the website form.
